Job summary

Starling is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join the Finance team’s Vendor function in London. You will lead end-to-end procurement, negotiate high-value contracts, and drive cost savings across technology, data, and services.

You’ll work with senior stakeholders to maximise value and elevate procurement standards across the organisation. You’ll be expected to build strong supplier relationships, support process improvements, and ensure compliant onboarding with risk teams.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of procurement experience.
• Strong academic background is preferred.
• Experience in financial services is a plus.
• Hands-on in full procurement lifecycle: sourcing, contracting, negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement activities across diverse categories.
• Negotiate high-value contracts and manage supplier onboarding.
