The successful candidate will manage various categories and implement procurement strategies while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 to £65,000 plus a bonus, and is based on site in Oxford, requiring strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

As a Senior Procurement Manager you will have the autonomy to manage the UK procurement division for a global manufacturer. You will need to be both strategic and hands-on in the role and you will lead on all procurement / supply chain activities. You will be managing multiple categories which include packaging, repair materials, consumables, services, transport/logistic, and warehousing. You must have experience working in this category area, but the biggest spend is within transport/ logistics/fleet and facilities management.
A successful Senior Procurement Manager should have:
Competitive salary in the range of £55,000 to circa £65,000 approx + 15% bonus + benefits.

It is essential that you can manage stakeholders at all levels and be able to manage supplies, negotiate contracts and tender processes.
