The Role

We seek a Procurement & Contract Manager to lead supplier sourcing and negotiation, ensuring high-quality materials and services at the best value for budget hotel and low-cost housing projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, source, and qualify cost-effective suppliers and contractors.
  • Develop a procurement strategy that aligns with the project goals.
  • Build and maintain a trusted supplier network in the hotel and residential sector.
  • Conduct market research to benchmark pricing and supplier capabilities.
  • Negotiate competitive contracts ensuring quality, budget, and compliance.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and mitigate risks.
  • Monitor and manage procurement budgets with finance teams.
  • Provide market insights and cost-saving opportunities to senior leadership.

About You

  • 15+ years’ experience in procurement in budget hotels/low-cost housing.
  • Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
  • Strong experience in sourcing, contract evaluation, and risk management.
  • Commercially astute with a strategic and cost-saving mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
