Job summary

Qualifications

• Lead tendering exercises and establish strategic framework agreements.

• Compare full subcontract packages against labour-only delivery models.
• Develop tender-ready documentation with technical, ESG and legal teams.
• Assess pricing structures, commercial risks and supplier proposals.
• Maintain procurement governance and performance management.

Responsibilities
