We are currently partnering with a leading FTSE 100 global client, that leads the way in Technology innovation and services at a global level. They are a leader in their field and have a strong reputation for being at the forefront of developing new technologies.

This position of Senior Procurement Manager, Contract Management Office will primarily focus on leading the International Intake program focused on global supplier requests. This role will be responsible for intake assessments, diligence reviews, developing negotiation strategies, and executing contract negotiations.

This role will oversee the contracting responsibilities across software agreements, Professional Services, FM, Marketing, HR service agreements. The right candidate will have a strong knowledge across a variety of service agreements.

Responsibilities:

1. Partner with requestors to review new supplier needs and develop market testing strategies to determine incumbent partner capabilities to validate need to onboard a new supplier.
2. Perform supplier diligence screens to inform contracting strategies.
3. Ensure supplier terms are aligned with engagement risks.
4. Lead end-to-end contracting activities.
5. Manage inflight request portfolio to ensure alignment with BU timing expectations.
6. Partner with category leads to develop, maintain, and enhance supplier segmentation and categorization strategies to drive program operations.
7. Recommend process and provision changes to further streamline and optimize operations.

This is a fast paced and dynamic team that works closely with their peer groups and stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of contracted services to the group's projects.

West London location - 3 days a week.
