The role:
You’ll be joining our growing Group Procurement & ESG team. We are a central, strategic function supporting all of our Group companies in building value with our third-party suppliers and partners and in transitioning to more sustainable business models.
We’re looking for an experienced procurement professional to lead strategic sourcing for Airport Dimensions (AD)—a fast-growing, global business within our group. You’ll act as AD’s primary procurement partner, supporting all brands and joint ventures across categories such as design and construction, F&B, facilities, tech, and consultancy.
In this high-impact role, you’ll analyze spend, develop category strategies, lead sourcing initiatives, and manage key supplier relationships. You’ll also support business case planning for new locations and refurbishments.
Operating globally, you’ll deliver direct procurement support and scalable toolkits while embedding group policies and driving sustainable procurement aligned with our ESG goals. You'll work closely with AD's senior leadership and collaborate across the wider Procurement & ESG function to unlock value beyond cost savings and position procurement as a strategic business partner.
Key responsibilities:
Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across departments, including Design & Construction, Guest Experience, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Risk.
Procurement Strategy: Develop aligned procurement strategies for owned and JV brands, focusing on supply chain understanding, financial targets, and sustainable vendor support.
End-to-End Sourcing: Lead complex sourcing projects, including market analysis, requirements definition, proposal analysis, contract development, and commercial negotiations.
Supplier Relationship Management: Implement and manage a Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) framework to maximize supplier value.
Sustainability Initiatives: Work with the Sustainability team to drive sustainable sourcing initiatives and ensure compliance with ethical supply standards.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Contribute to budgeting, reforecasting, and investment case development through contract and cost input.
Procurement Governance: Deliver functional projects to improve procurement governance, processes, and system adoption.
ESG Advocacy: Represent Procurement & ESG values within the team, promoting integrity, independent thinking, and positive challenges.
Key Requirements for the Role:
Degree or procurement qualification (e.g., MCIPS).
Strong knowledge of procurement legislation, market trends, and sustainable sourcing.
Experience in strategic sourcing, particularly in Design & Construction or Technology.
Understanding of airport services sector and procurement complexities.
Proven track record in leading high-value sourcing projects.
Excellent presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills.
International experience and cross-cultural awareness. US procurement knowledge would be a plus!
Passion for sustainable procurement.
Negotiation and stakeholder engagement expertise.
Willing to travel (<15%).
