Responsibilities:

• Managing the Professional Services frameworks
• Working closely with internal consultants to identify and bring opportunities to support strategic goals
• Line managing a Framework Manager
• Collaborating with all consultants on the framework to promote Construction frameworks alongside Regional Delivery Managers
• Supporting Regional Delivery Managers with client inquiries around frameworks
• Working with the marketing team to promote frameworks
• Expediting and managing general inquiries
• Reviewing tender notifications for potential projects
• Managing the tender process with the procurement team through the internal portal
• Ensuring frameworks meet or exceed targets

Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday (Flexitime)

Required skills & experience:

• Understanding of public sector procurement or construction frameworks
• Knowledge of goods supplier management processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and deliver presentations
• Confident, assertive, able to work independently and make decisions without continuous supervision
