Job Title: Senior Procurement Manager

Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 + Bonus and Benefits

As part of an ambitious procurement transformation, the company is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead a high-performing team and take ownership of strategic sourcing, BPO, and offshoring. You will manage key supplier relationships and collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business, with no line management responsibility.

This is a highly visible role combining strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and stakeholder engagement—positioning you at the heart of a fast-evolving, creative enterprise where procurement is a key enabler of innovation and growth.

The company follows a three-day in-office policy to foster a collaborative work environment, while also supporting flexibility for its employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for call and contact centres, aligning with the company’s long-term goals and targets.
• Drive end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier negotiations, contract optimisation, cross-functional alignment, and performance tracking.
• Achieve significant cost savings and mitigate risks through effective sourcing and procurement practices.
• Manage strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and key suppliers.
• Handle escalations to ensure business needs are met and procurement goals align with broader objectives.
