London (Hybrid Working Model)

£45,000 - £55,000 + Excellent Bonus Structure + Fast-tracked Progression to Manager Level

Having recently been acquired by one of the largest Global Strategy Houses in the world, this organisation that specialises in Procurement and Supply Chain consultancy doubled in size last year!

They are positioned as the procurement and supply chain arm of the strategy house, meaning they look after the procurement aspect of some of the largest and most strategic transformation projects in the world! However, they have kept the progression and culture of a smaller, more agile business.

Already made up primarily of experienced Big 4 consultants, it is the perfect environment to learn from the best in the business without the shackles or politics that can often be found in a larger brand.

How this opportunity might differ to yours

• Progression - Progression here is not done by length of time in role, but instead is tailored to the individual and relies completely upon merit.

Typical timelines are between 12 - 18 months at each level.

• Creativity - Despite being part of the strategy house, this firm aren't restricted to templated consultancy by having a large brand to protect. This means that consultants are able to be more creative in the way they run projects and utilise all of their experience.
• Travel - Whilst this organisation can offer international travel opportunities for those that want to do so, the majority of their UK clients are based in and around London, meaning that you won't be spending the majority of your week away from home and can often get to client site in the same time as your normal commute!

Senior Procurement Consultant - required background: -

• Experience as a consultant within the Big4, ideally having looked after technology procurement, however, other backgrounds will also be considered as long as you are open to moving into the procurement or supply chain transformation space.
• Must have right to work in the UK - sponsorship is not available at this level
