Job summary

Synthomer plc, headquartered in London, seeks a Senior Procurement Data & Insights Analyst to drive analytics-first procurement strategy. You will build models, automate reporting, and deliver market intelligence to executives, leveraging Power BI and AI-enabled tools.

You will collaborate with Finance, IT and senior leaders to enhance decision-making and supply chain resilience, with opportunities to mentor peers and advance analytics capability.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building data models and ETL across multiple data sources.
• Advanced Power BI skills with expert DAX and Power Query.
• Excellent SQL skills and handling large datasets.
• Advanced Excel including Power Pivot and modelling.
• Experience creating dashboards, reports and analytics for decision-making.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and build data models, reporting solutions and automated pipelines.
• Transform data from ERP, market intel and external datasets into insights.
• Develop Power BI dashboards for Procurement, Finance and Executives.
• Create risk, forecasting and market analytics to support decisions.
• Lead automation initiatives using Power Automate and AI tools.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.
