Synthomer plc is seeking a Senior Procurement Data & Insights Analyst to shape procurement strategy through advanced analytics, automation, and market intelligence. You will build data models and dashboards, transform data from ERP and external sources, and deliver insights to guide strategic decisions.

Formación

• 5 years analytics experience minimum.
• Strong data modeling and ETL across multiple sources.
• Advanced Power BI with DAX and Power Query; SAP exposure.
• Excellent SQL skills with large datasets.
• Advanced Excel with Power Pivot and modelling.
• Degree level education in data, CS, engineering, analytics or numerate discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Develop analytics solutions providing visibility, insight, and strategic direction across the business.
• Design data models, reporting solutions, and automated data pipelines.
• Transform data from ERP, market data providers, and external datasets into actionable insights.
• Develop Power BI dashboards used by Procurement, Finance, and Senior stakeholders.
• Create risk, forecasting, and market analytics models to support decisions.
• Drive automation using Power Automate and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency.
• Analyze market trends, supplier performance, procurement metrics, and opportunities/risks.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, IT and senior leaders to deliver insights.
• Support and mentor colleagues to raise analytical capability across the team.
