RTX seeks a Senior Analyst - Procurement P2 to lead routine and complex procurements, joining a hybrid team in Glenrothes or Harlow. The role focuses on sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier performance while ensuring compliance with governance and risk controls.

Ideal candidates will have strong procurement, supply chain expertise and SAP/MRP familiarity, enabling effective collaboration across programmes and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement or related field.
• Familiarity with MRP and SAP systems is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Source, negotiate, award, and document purchases of materials and services.
• Lead or support cost analyses and value-for-money negotiations.
• Manage full P2P cycle and supplier performance against time and cost targets.
• Support bids, supplier assessments, and governance activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet program requirements.
