Job Description:

We're looking for a Senior Process Technologist to join a site in Lincolnshire, where you will help deliver quality food to some of the major retailers. You'll play a key role in making sure new products go from idea to launch smoothly, safely, and successfully. You'll lead a team, manage projects, and keep everything on track from trial stages to the final product hitting the shelves.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading and developing your team with clear goals, support
  • Scoping out projects, setting KPIs, and driving innovation that supports business goals
  • Working closely with internal departments
  • Running factory trials, solving problems, and making sure launches stay on track and on budget
  • Managing customer panels and approvals
  • Management and maintenance of the critical path
  • Keeping costs low with awareness of the trial budget and objectives
  • Improve products and make manufacturing as reliable as possible
  • Staying audit-ready and sticking to customer standards and codes of practice

What we're looking for:

  • Strong background in food manufacturing, especially around customer trials and critical path planning
  • Experience in Process, Technical, Development
  • Food Safety Level 3 and HACCP Level 2 qualified
  • Great communication and relationship-building skills
  • Leadership experience with proven record of success
  • Comfortable with IT systems
