Cytiva in the Life Sciences sector seeks an experienced Process Safety professional for a high-hazard membrane manufacturing facility in Newquay. You will lead the development and continuous improvement of Process Safety Management, applying best-practice across design, construction and operations.

You will coach teams, run HAZID/HAZOP/LOPA/ALARP, ensure DSEAR/ATEX/COMAH and PSSR compliance, and drive CAPEX projects while supporting Cytiva sites globally.

Qualifications

• Experience in process safety management across high-hazard environments.
• Knowledge of HAZID/HAZOP/LOPA/ALARP and DSEAR/ATEX/COMAH/PSSR requirements.
• Ability to influence engineering, operations and maintenance teams and lead safety improvements.

Responsabilités

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Process Safety Management at a high-hazard facility.
• Provide expert input into projects, design reviews and operational changes with practical safety solutions.
• Facilitate process safety studies and ensure actions are owned and closed.
• Own safety compliance and CAPEX project delivery while building site capability.
