A leading consultancy is seeking a Senior Process Safety Consultant to manage and deliver process safety projects across regulated industries. This role offers the opportunity to lead teams, conduct hazard studies, and engage with clients to enhance safety practices. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Chemical/Process Engineering and extensive experience in process safety techniques.

Qualifications

• Vast experience of process safety techniques including HAZOP, HAZID, and others.
• Degree in Chemical/Process Engineering or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead hazard study workshops: HAZOP/HAZID/LOPA/FMEA.
• Deliver safety reports and risk assessments.

Senior Process Safety Consultant

Location: North West/UK wide (remote)

Type: Permanent

SRG currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Process Safety Consultant/Engineer to join a successful client on a permanent basis. The Senior Process Safety Consultant will lead the delivery of process safety projects in various highly regulated industries (pharmaceutical, oil and gas, chemical and nuclear).

Responsibilities:

• Lead hazard study workshops: HAZOP/HAZID/LOPA/FMEA
• Lead delivery of safety reports and risk assessments
• Lead the development of Process Safety Management Systems
• Manage teams of consultants
• Recognise opportunities for the business and its development
• Liaise with clients and relevant parties

Criteria:

• Chemical/Process Engineering Degree (or equivalent)
• Vast experience of process safety techniques (HAZOP, HAZID, COMAH etc)
