As a Senior Process Mining Consultant, you will shape strategic goals by transforming raw data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with project teams to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions using tools like Celonis EMS, ABBYY Timeline, SAP Signavio, ARIS, or UiPath Process Mining, staying updated with the latest features to drive innovation.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Transform clients' strategic goals into impactful process mining solutions.
2. Design and lead implementation projects for tailored solutions.
3. Use process mining technology to identify inefficiencies and root causes.
4. Facilitate workshops to develop strategies for process improvement.
5. Communicate the business and financial benefits of improvements to management.
6. Drive automation to enhance efficiency and process conformance.
7. Identify key KPIs and support clients in ongoing process optimization.
8. Establish a foundation for long-term value creation.

Qualifications for the role:

1. 3-5 years of experience in IT or Management Consulting, Process Improvement, or related fields.
2. At least 18 months of hands-on experience with Celonis or similar process mining tools.
3. Ability to create visualizations and dashboards for process analysis.
4. Strong communication skills for client engagement.
5. Passion for understanding business processes and analytical thinking.
6. Quick learner with organizational skills and a keen interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Business Intelligence.

Preferred qualifications:

1. Experience with data pipelines, source connections, SQL, and data modeling.
2. Motivated to contribute to the evolution of Process Mining technology.
3. Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
