You'll be joining our Value Engineering team in our London-office, where Celonis has +/-200 people.

The position of Senior Process Intelligence Consultant (Senior Value Engineer) is a trusted advisor helping customers achieve their strategic goals and realize significant value using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. A Value Engineer is responsible for the end-to-end value journey of our customers — landing, expanding, adopting, and renewing. Responsibilities include translating customer objectives into value assessments or proof-of-value projects, building Celonis business cases and demos, running value workshops, and engaging with senior stakeholders to deliver results and secure long-term partnerships.

The Role

As a Senior Process Intelligence Consultant (Senior Value Engineer), you will lead our mission of data-driven business transformation with our customers. You will collaborate with the Celonis Sales Team and manage the entire customer value journey. Your role involves becoming a trusted advisor to help clients achieve strategic goals and realize value using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. Working with partners and Celonis Services, you will drive measurable business impact and accelerate platform adoption, combining process expertise with consulting and analytical skills.

The work you'll do

Identify & Frame Value

• Discover and translate strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases.
• Create demos and business cases using industry benchmarks and best practices to attract new customers.
• Conduct Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value Projects, communicating strategic roadmaps to C-Level executives.

Realize Value

• Facilitate business value workshops and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Develop improvement measures and initiate change initiatives.
• Present results and value realization to senior management and C-level stakeholders.

Scale Value

• Manage the end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, expanding, adoption, and renewal.
• Develop strategic expansion roadmaps embedding Celonis as a transformation platform.
• Provide feedback to product teams to improve the platform and applications.

Qualifications

• Experience in an analytical role demonstrating or securing value through data analysis and process improvement, ideally in customer-facing solution consulting, sales engineering, or IT/Management consulting within SaaS or enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of Business Software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP), RPA, BI tools, dashboards, Python, SQL, and collaboration with IT teams.
• Experience in identifying use cases for process improvement, deploying measures, and training users.
• Project management skills for handling multiple projects at different stages of the value journey.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English, with a professional demeanor.
• Understanding of finance or supply chain domains and strategic transformation initiatives.
• Industry expertise in regulated sectors (public sector, healthcare, defense, etc.) is preferred.
• Degree in Technology & Management, Business Engineering, Informatics, CS, Math, Economics, or similar.
• Eligibility for security clearance, preferably holding SC clearance or willing to obtain it.
