Job summary

Pragmatic Semiconductor in Durham is seeking a Senior Process Integration Engineer to join our Process Integration team. You'll support 300mm wafer fabs, drive the ramp of new process technology, and provide RMA support to ensure smooth production.

This is a pivotal role reporting to the Head of Process Integration at our state-of-the-art site. Ideal candidates will have substantial high-volume manufacturing experience in process integration, strong data analysis skills, and familiarity with

Qualifications

• Significant experience in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing (Process Engineering/Integration/Development).
• Experience with CMOS / TFT / PMOS / NMOS processes and modules/equipment (ideally 300mm).
• Proven ability to drive yield improvements and analyze complex data.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly.
• Scripting or coding skills (R, Python); JMP experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support RMA return of customers and drive root cause understanding.
• Monitor electrical performance trends and analyse fab issues and process changes.
• Track OOC, maintain CPK and inline SPC parameters; contribute to control plans.
• Develop yield characterization and data analysis methods to identify limiters.
• Identify and resolve process integration issues in existing technology.
• Characterize defects and drive elimination in new process development.
• Prepare NTI pass-down documentation and investigate deviations for FEOL/BEOL.
• Assist Principal Engineer with data analyses and reporting.
• Assist Process Integration with data collection systems and PCP requests.
• Run DOEs to optimize process margins and define specifications for new tech.
