As a Senior Process Improvement Specialist, you'll join our dynamic AMXL First Mile & Middle Mile (FM/MM) Operations team, where innovation meets execution. As a Senior Process Improvement Specialist, you will partner with program managers, business owners, and tech teams to identify operational requirements and shape feature roadmaps. You'll lead complex process improvement initiatives from conception to implementation, navigating ambiguous situations while managing costs and risks. Your expertise will be crucial in designing and deploying scalable solutions that drive sustainable operational excellence, while building strong partnerships across multiple organizational levels.
Amazon Extra Large (AMXL) manages heavy items like furniture and large home appliances. Our team handles the entire service, from supply chain fulfillment to delivery and returns. We offer an extra level of customer care, including unpacking, assembling, installing, and removing old items when needed. Focused on safety, productivity, and innovation, we're transforming how customers buy and receive large goods.
We plan to expand our fulfillment centers and delivery stations across the UK and Europe. While delivery station staff may work night shifts, most team members work during the day. Our team includes professionals across operations, supply chain, business intelligence, and program management, all playing vital roles in growing this business segment.
