Catalent Pharma Solutions is seeking a Senior Process Excellence Analyst to join our dynamic Shared Services team in Swindon. Reporting to the Process Excellence Lead, you’ll be instrumental in driving SOX-compliant optimizations across Finance Shared Services, enhancing core operations within our global Procure-to-Pay function.

You’ll serve as the primary site representative for taskforces, managing credit hold resolutions, standardizing procedures across sites, and partnering closely with global leaders to facilitate best-practice adoption through effective change management.

The Role:

• Lead and resolve site-based taskforces with speed and efficiency, performing root cause analysis and recommending preventive improvements.
• Implement best-in-class solutions for Procure-to-Pay, harmonizing workflows across all sites.
• Monitor and resolve credit holds (including potential holds), introduce KPIs, and partner with internal/external stakeholders to mitigate future risks.
• Advocate and share internal best practices to elevate business outcomes outside of Shared Services.
• Facilitate onboarding of sites to Finance Shared Services, delivering training, process reviews, and developing a standardized onboarding playbook.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and positive change within the team.
• Champion exceptional customer service across both internal and external stakeholders.
• Shape and execute strategy for optimized service delivery and long-term excellence.

The Candidate:

• Proven experience in driving and managing process improvements within Finance Shared Services.
• Advanced proficiency in business intelligence tools for trend analysis and reporting.
• Hands-on background in leading change and managing stakeholders across functions.
• ERP system experience (Oracle, JD Edwards, SAP) is highly desirable.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Ability to coordinate subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to define and track KPIs for critical operations.
