DePuy Synthes in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Process Engineer for a 12-month maternity cover. The role is full-time (37 hours per week) and on-site in Leeds, focusing on leading manufacturing value streams and driving process improvements.
You will oversee process development and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), support continuous improvement, and mentor engineers while delivering safe, compliant, and cost-effective production of medical devices.

In this role you will provide strategic technical leadership, direct process development and validation programs (IQ/OQ/PQ), lead continuous improvement initiatives, and influence long-term process and equipment strategy.
This role offers a very competitive hourly rate. This contract will run for 12 months
