The MTO Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for delivering high‑quality design, engineering and manufacturing activities within the Made-to-Order (MTO) team. This role supports the creation, development, manufacturing and delivery of patient‑specific implants, instruments and prototypes, ensuring technical robustness, compliance, and timely execution of work.
The role requires design & engineering skills, an organised and pragmatic engineering attitude, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions. The engineer will work with a high degree of autonomy and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
