The Opportunity:

Join a revitalised NPD team under new leadership as a Senior Process Development Technologist. You’ll be central to launching innovative products and driving efficiencies in a large-scale ambient production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and validate factory trials
• Own end-to-end project timelines with a focus on efficiency
• Present to top-tier retail partners
• Support and manage a small team, stepping up when needed
• Collaborate cross-functionally with NPD, production, and technical teams

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• 2+ years in a senior process role (Food Manufacturing experience is a must)
• A degree in Food Science or Food Technology
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
• A proactive, forward-thinking mindset with leadership ambition
