Qualifications

• Honours degree in chemistry; PhD advantageous; several years in process chemistry.
• Proven problem-solving capability to address complex process development challenges.
• Strong communication and reporting skills for technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of lab work to develop and test new manufacturing processes.
• Provide process chemistry expertise to teams and guide development plans.
• Advise and support personnel in resolving process problems and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with site, company, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare technical reports documenting experimental results.
