• Extensive experience managing complex, high-risk individuals.
• Knowledge of personality disorder, trauma-informed practice and risk management.
• Experience leading staff and providing professional supervision.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, MAPPA, and public protection processes.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, decision-making and leadership skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, relational work with probation clients.
• Experience within OPD, PIPE, IIRMS or psychologically informed services.
• Reflective practice, consultation, or formulation-led approaches.
• Knowledge of personality disorder theory and psychologically informed environments.
• Experience collaborating with psychology and health professionals.

Aufgaben

• Operational Leadership: lead specialist Probation Officers and ensure workload balance.
• Clinical partnership: work with Clinical Leads and NHS to deliver OPD pathway and inform risk management.
• Risk Management: provide oversight for high-risk individuals and support MAPPA participation.
• Consultation & Workforce: deliver case consultation, reflective supervision, and workforce development.
• Quality & Standards: review cases, provide feedback, and ensure oversight frameworks.
• Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement: build relationships with NHS providers, prisons, and community agencies.
