A leading accounting firm in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Private Client Tax Manager to lead team development and manage client portfolios. This role requires strong UK tax advisory experience and an aptitude for quality assurance and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will have formal qualifications such as CTA or ACCA, and be committed to collaboration and service excellence. Formación

• Possessing either full CTA, ATT, AAT, ACA or ACCA qualifications or experienced as a Tax Lead.
• Must have UK Accounting / Practice experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in collaborating within a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop team members and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage a client portfolio, using your knowledge to add value.
• Ensure quality of client assignments and production with budget considerations.
• Work with service line members to scope out client requirements.
• Proactively liaise with management on client status.
• Build a network of potential new clients for new business.
• Participate in pitching for new business opportunities.
