Qualifications

• Possessing either full CTA, ATT, AAT, ACA or ACCA qualifications or experienced as a Tax Lead.
• Must have UK Accounting / Practice experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in collaborating within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop team members and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage a client portfolio, using your knowledge to add value.
• Ensure quality of client assignments and production with budget considerations.
• Work with service line members to scope out client requirements.
• Proactively liaise with management on client status.
• Build a network of potential new clients for new business.
• Participate in pitching for new business opportunities.
