BCL Legal is delighted to be working with a well-established and highly respected law firm in Nottingham, seeking to expand their Private Client team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced solicitor to join a dynamic firm with a reputation for providing high-quality legal services to individuals and families.

About the Role:
As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload that includes a range of private client matters such as wills, probate, trusts, estates, and tax planning. You will work closely with clients to deliver tailored legal advice, helping them navigate complex issues with sensitivity and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
· Managing a varied caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, inheritance tax, and trust administration.
· Advising clients on estate planning and tax mitigation strategies.
· Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as wills, powers of attorney, and trust deeds.
· Building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and regular communication.
· Keeping up-to-date with developments in relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:
· Qualified Solicitor (4 years PQE) with experience in private client matters, including wills, probate, and trusts.
· Excellent communication and client management skills.
· Ability to work efficiently and manage a caseload autonomously.
· Strong organisational and time management skills.
