Insight Select, a boutique London law firm, seeks an experienced Private Client Solicitor to lead a busy private client team in Hampstead. The role offers day-to-day oversight of Wills, LPAs, trusts and estate planning, with senior responsibilities and client-focused service.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years PQE, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to business development, all within a collaborative London practice.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years PQE in private client law with broad technical knowledge.
• Strong leadership and people management experience.
• Proven ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
• Excellent client-facing skills with discretion and professionalism.
• Proactive, commercially minded with BD focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload across Wills, LPAs, trusts, estate administration and planning.
• Lead, mentor and support solicitors, trainees and paralegals.
• Oversee client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
• Collaborate with advisers to provide holistic client solutions.
• Drive business development and contribute to strategic growth.
• Ensure compliance with SRA standards and firm policies.
