Job summary

SaccoMann in Hull is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to lead and grow a private client team. The role covers Wills, trusts, probate and tax planning, with the option to be a senior fee earner or move into a leadership position.

The firm supports cross-office collaboration and a hybrid pattern requiring two days in the office. Ideal candidates will have 8+ years PQE, strong client management, and business development skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years PQE with proven experience leading a private client team
• Extensive knowledge of Wills, trusts, probate and tax planning
• Experience in managing team performance and developing people
• Strong client management and business development skills
• An experienced fee earner or confident leader with flexibility in a merged office environment

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the private client team, with a focus on helping this to expand
• Handle a varied caseload involving Wills, trusts, probate, and tax planning
• Someone with OMB expertise would be very attractive to this firm
• Lead on strategic client relationships and business development activities
• Support junior staff and share expertise to foster team growth
• Contribute to overall firm growth through high-quality service delivery
