Job description

This is a senior role taking the lead on the firm's HNW clients. You will provide legal services across Wills, Trust and Probate to the firm's existing clients, many of which are business owners, wealthy executives and directors of SMEs.

Joining an established Private Client department, the caseload will be varied and you will have good secretarial support. The work will see you providing legal guidance and advice on Estate Planning, and exit strategies for owner-manged businesses and looking at your client's family circumstances for Tax and Trust matters.

There is a requirement for STEP membership and CPD will be supported, for someone who can boast at least 10 years' experience.
