Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years' PQE.
• Strong private client technical knowledge.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
• Excellent client care and relationship-building skills.
• Compassionate and professional approach to sensitive matters.
• STEP qualification or working towards it would be advantageous but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Draft Wills and estate planning.
• Advise on LPAs.
• Handle probate and estate administration.
• Manage Court of Protection and Deputyship applications.
• Create and administer trusts.
• Oversee affairs under LPAs.
• Handle inheritance-related matters.
• Provide ongoing guidance to clients throughout their affairs.
