Job Description:

A leading Scottish Law Firm is currently seeking a senior-level Lawyer with 5+ years of experience to join its Private Wealth & Tax Team in Aberdeen. The firm is known for its inclusive and collaborative culture, with a strong reputation for high-quality client service. The role offers opportunities to work with a top-ranked team, handling complex estates and tax matters, alongside experienced colleagues across the firm’s network of offices.

The successful candidate will manage complex executry matters, including estates with farming assets, and provide expertise in Will drafting, Inheritance Tax planning, Trust administration, Powers of Attorney, and care fee planning. While a STEP Diploma is advantageous, it is not essential. Interested applicants should be able to work independently and support junior team members.

The firm offers a hybrid working policy, allowing up to 50% remote work. Although full-time hours are the preference, the firm is open to individuals seeking part-time work (4-days). If this position could be of interest to you, please do not hesitate to contact either Teddie or Frasia for an initial and confidential discussion. (Assignment 16633)
