Job summary

Vincere is seeking a Senior Associate in Private Client Law based in North West London (Harrow). The role focuses on high-net-worth estate planning, asset protection, and mentoring a growing private client sub-team. 6+ PQE and STEP qualification are required, with a clear pathway to Head of Department and Partnership.

Salary ranges £65,000–£85,000+ DOE/PQE with a performance bonus. Hybrid working is offered, with excellent benefits and CPD support to progress within a well-regarded private

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) or Fellow of CILEx with a minimum of 6+ years’ PQE in private client law within a reputable UK private practice. STEP qualification (Full Member) is required.
• In-depth knowledge of tax-efficient estate planning, Wills and trusts, LPAs, and IHT/CGT.
• Ability to lead and develop a private client sub-team and mentor peers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke asset protection and estate planning strategies for high-net-worth clients.
• Manage matters independently from initial consultation to completion, including probate, trusts, and cross-border wealth planning.
• Provide leadership input, contribute to service delivery improvements, and pursue department growth.
