A leading law firm in the West Midlands is seeking to recruit a Senior Private Client Lawyer with substantial experience in estate planning and trust work. Ideally, the successful candidate will be a full STEP member and will join an established, close-knit team known for its professionalism and long-standing client relationships.

This role is suited to a highly experienced practitioner who enjoys advising high net worth clients, particularly business owners, on complex estate structures and trust matters. The ideal individual will possess strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, and the ability to foster trusted relationships with both clients and professional referrers.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 8 years' PQE in private client work, with a strong focus on trusts and estate planning
• Proven experience advising HNW individuals, entrepreneurs, and business owners
• Full STEP membership is highly desirable
• Existing professional connections with accountants, IFAs, and wealth managers would be advantageous
• Strong client-facing skills and a proactive, solution-driven mindset
• A collaborative team player who values a supportive working environment
