This is anexceptional opportunityfor ahighly skilled private client solicitorto step into a senior fee-earning role in awell-established, thriving firm.

Following the retirement of a key team member, the firm is looking for anexperienced solicitor with strong technical ability across all areas of private client law, includingwills, trusts, probate, LPAs, and estate administration (including farming and high-net-worth estates).

This is aversatile role—it can be purely fee-earning or involvementoring, team leadership, or even line management, depending on your experience and career goals. The team operatescollaboratively, ensuring work is spread fairly to maintain ahealthy work-life balancewhile continuing to deliver outstanding client service.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a solicitor with:

• Essential:Strong technical expertise acrossall areas of private client law.
• Essential:A team-oriented,collaborative approach—no lone wolves!
• Desirable:STEP qualification(or working towards it).
• Desirable:Line management or mentoring experience(but not essential).
• Desirable:Afollowingis always preferred butnot essential, given restrictive covenants.
