• Ability to act independently while knowing when to seek guidance.
• Collaborate with Private Wealth colleagues and wider stakeholders.
• Manage director duties of client entities and affiliate members as required.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with internal policies and regulatory/legal requirements.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and liaise with Client Directors accordingly.
• Share client and structure knowledge with nominated alternates.
• Be prepared for occasional business travel.

Responsibilities

• Work with Client Directors on proactive entity management and maintenance through the lifecycle.
• Keep entity data accurate and up to date per policies and procedures.
• Deliver client work and communications in line with the client’s vision and service standards; keep KPIs current.
• Communicate effectively with clients and third parties, showing technical awareness and cultural affinity.
• Support fiduciary decision-making with thorough case inputs for risk forums and governance discussions.
• Liaise with third-party service providers to fulfill client needs and build relationships for referrals.
• Maintain time recording to meet utilisation and profitability targets; demonstrate commerciality.
• Undertake reviews and workflows, address issues, and share learnings with the team.
• Ensure timely completion of regulatory filings and risk review actions.
• Mentor junior Client Management staff and model appropriate team behaviours.
