Practice Plus Group is hiring a Senior Primary Care Nurse for HMP Onley in Rugby. You will lead a nurse-led service within a multi-disciplinary team, delivering high-quality primary care in a secure environment.

The role involves medication rounds, controlled meds, emergency response, patient assessments, and reception screening. Ideal candidates will have NMC registration, CPD, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time position with extensive development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with adult scope and current NMC registration.
• Evidence of Continued Professional Development (CPD) is required.
• Experience working within multi-disciplinary teams and complex environments.
• Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse-led service and prevent hospital admissions.
• Undertake medication rounds and dispense controlled medication.
• Attend emergency response situations, assess patients and undertake reception screening.
