Job description

We are growing our pool of talent for exciting new projects and are looking for Senior Engineers with relevant technical expertise, in depth knowledge of Engines and Powertrains, and enthusiasm. You can expect to be involved in the design of major engine components and assemblies across a spectrum of high-end powertrain projects. You will lead a team of innovative Design Engineers and work with some of the world’s top Motorsport and Automotive brands.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design of major engine components and assemblies.
2. Provide strategic customer liaison expertise.
3. Conduct component structural analysis.
4. Manage and mentor a team of Design Engineers.

Minimum Requirements:

1. At least seven years post graduate experience in the field of Engine Design.
2. A good degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
3. Strong understanding of engineering principles and IC engine systems.
4. Proven ability of the design of major engine components.
5. In depth knowledge of engine design, manufacturing and assembly.
6. Highly competent in CAD modelling and drawing (ideally but not essential in CATIA 5).
7. Proficient in component structural analysis.
