I'm working with a well-regarded consultancy that's expanding their teams in Basingstoke and the Solent, and they're looking for experienced Senior and Principal Transport Planners to help deliver a wide range of development planning projects across the residential, commercial, retail, and leisure sectors.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Preparing and reviewing Transport Assessments, Travel Plans, and Environmental Statement chapters.
• Taking ownership of small to mid-sized projects, managing deadlines and deliverables.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on complex development schemes.
• Using Junctions 10 and LinSig for modelling, interpreting outputs, and advising clients.
• Applying design guidance including MfS, DMRB, LTN1/20, and principles of Active Travel and Healthy Streets.
• Supporting meetings and negotiations with highway authorities.
• Producing proposals and managing project budgets.
• Coaching and mentoring junior staff.
• Contributing to business development and client relationship growth.
