Senior/Principal Town Planner, Manchester

Your role:

• Act as Planning Lead on various projects across sectors.
• Participate in bid preparation, tender submissions, and framework responses.
• Lead multidisciplinary projects, managing delivery and project management.
• Support junior colleagues and team leaders.
• Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary environment across AtkinsRéalis UK and internationally.
• Engage with market and client leads to support business growth.

What you bring:

• A relevant Planning degree; RTPI membership desirable.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, resilient, and able to work under pressure.
• Experience with TCPA, DCO, TWAO applications, and Environmental Impact Assessments.
• Knowledge of Strategic Planning and Planning policy.
• Effective team player with strong communication skills.
• Ability to develop client relationships and support market growth.
