We are seeking experienced Town Planners at Senior/Principal level to support our growth in London and the South East, delivering major infrastructure and development projects for our clients.

Your role:

  • Act as Planning Lead across multiple markets and sectors.
  • Contribute to bid preparation, tender submissions, and frameworks.
  • Lead multidisciplinary projects, managing delivery and project responsibilities.
  • Support junior colleagues and team leaders.
  • Engage with clients and market leads to support business growth.

What you bring:

  • A relevant Planning degree; RTPI membership is desirable.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with TCPA, DCO, TWAO, EIA, or similar applications.
  • Strong communication skills, report writing, and presentation abilities.
  • Experience in client relationship development and work-winning.
