The role involves managing planning applications and projects, preparing planning reports and assessments, and advising clients on planning matters while liaising with stakeholders and local authorities.

Qualifications

• MRTPI preferred (or working towards)
• Consultancy planning experience
• Strong knowledge of the Welsh planning system
• Excellent communication skills
