Qualifications

• Chartered or near-chartered Structural Engineer.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Ambitious and ready to work towards Associate level.
• Eligible for Security Check (SC) clearance due to project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery across a range of structural schemes.
• Support business development and attend client-facing events.
• Represent the business in design team meetings and site visits.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth.
• Work across a mix of sectors, including defence, higher education, and industrial projects.
