Job summary

Anson McCade is seeking an senior architect/lead with proven ability to shape strategy, launch new service propositions, and drive growth across Defence & Security and related sectors. You will partner with FTSE 100 clients as a trusted advisor, lead architecture and delivery teams, and influence outcomes in complex, multi-domain programs.

The role involves hybrid working with in-office/client-site commitments, governance across architecture domains, and a track record of building senior

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading architecture and development teams delivering end-to-end solutions for complex client challenges.
• Strong understanding of the defence sector with experience across banking, insurance, payments or wealth management.
• Familiarity with architecture frameworks and modelling tools (UML, ArchiMate).
• Extensive network of senior stakeholders and ability to nurture long-term client partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth: shape and launch new service propositions and drive business development.
• Client Advisory: partner with FTSE 100 clients guiding them through complex challenges.
• Team Leadership & Development: coach and develop teams, foster knowledge sharing.
• Architecture & Delivery: lead architecture and development teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
