Senior Principal RF Engineer

Senior / Principal RF Engineer:

Extensive hands-on RF design and development experience, ideally in the telecoms or mission-critical industry.

Varying levels of experience will be considered, as long as you are willing to learn.

Must have experience of at least three of the following:

1. RF Tx/Rx Architectures
2. RF Receivers
3. RF Transmitters
4. RF Power Amplifiers
5. EMC/EMI
6. Frequency Generators
7. Antenna design
8. Antenna tuning
9. Matching networks
10. Broadband communications
11. LTE/4G/5G

Must have experience of at least two of the following:

1. GSM - 800/900/1800 MHz
2. LTE/4G/5G - (Apply online only) MHz
3. GNSS - 1.6-2 GHz
4. WiFi - 2.4-6GHz
5. TETRA - (Apply online only) MHz

Full clean driving licence and own car required for some business travel.

Role: Senior / Principal RF Engineer
Location: Cambridge
Salary: £60-85K plus annual company performance bonus (typically 5-10%), pension, private healthcare, dental plan, income protection plan, free parking, great restaurant facilities and an early finish on Fridays (Mon-Thurs 8 hours, Friday 5 hours)
