What You’ll Do:

• Active business development, including networking, client meetings, cold-calling, and client penetration.
• Build relationships with top-tier candidates, fostering trust and collaboration.
• Bring innovation and drive to our team; seek new ways to improve recruitment processes, manage accounts strategically, and cultivate a culture of trust.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 36 months of Technology recruitment experience
• A proven 360 Billings profile – Principal Consultants are expected to bill £250k+ (new business)
• Expertise in the Platform Engineering market
• Desire to join an ambitious, profitable early-stage startup
• Proven success within your niche and a desire for career growth with flexibility
• Resilience and discipline to maintain consistency
• Ambition and self-motivation for future leadership roles
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building ability
