What You’ll Do:

• Active business development: sourcing new clients via networking, client meetings, cold-calling, and current client penetration.
• Build relationships: with top-tier candidates, fostering trust and collaboration.
• Innovate and drive: improve recruitment methods, explore new opportunities, and manage accounts strategically.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 36 months of Technology recruitment experience.
• Proven 360 Billings profile; Principal Consultants should bill £250k+ (new business).
• Expertise in the Platform Engineering market.
• Aspirations for a role in an ambitious, profitable startup.
• Success in niche markets and desire for growth and flexibility.
• Resilience, discipline, and consistency.
• Ambition for leadership, whether in billing or management.
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building ability.
• Passion for Tech for Good and shared values of purpose, profit, and planet.
• Goal-oriented professionally and personally.
