What You’ll Do:

1. Active business development: bringing in new clients through networking, client meetings, cold-calling, and expanding current client relationships.
2. Build relationships with top-tier candidates: fostering long-term, trust-based relationships.
3. Drive innovation: finding new ways to improve recruitment processes, managing accounts with strategic thinking and trust.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 36 months of technology recruitment experience
• A proven 360 billings profile – Principal Consultants are expected to bill £250k+ (new business)
• Deep knowledge of the Platform Engineering market
• A desire to be part of an ambitious, profitable startup
