What You’ll Do:
  • Active business development: bringing in new clients via networking, client meetings, cold-calling, and penetrating current clients.
  • Build relationships with top-tier candidates: fostering trust and collaboration for long-term connections.
  • Bring innovation and drive: finding new ways to do recruitment, managing accounts strategically with a culture of trust.
What We’re Looking For:
  • At least 36 months of Technology recruitment experience
  • A proven 360 billings profile – Principal Consultants are expected to bill £250k+ (new business)
  • Deep knowledge of the Platform Engineering market
  • A desire to be part of an ambitious, profitable early-stage startup
  • Proven success in their niche with opportunities for career growth and flexibility
  • Resilient & disciplined to stay consistent
  • Ambitious and self-motivated for future leadership roles
  • Strong communication skills and relationship-building ability
