Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant - Finance & Accountancy

Location: Newcastle/Remote (Hybrid)

The Role

With support from experienced recruiters and senior management, you will build your business within the Finance and Accountancy sector, working with both existing and new clients. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Building trusted relationships within the market.
  2. Identifying talent actively and passively, using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  3. Proactively seeking new business opportunities to increase market share.
  4. Cross-selling and collaborating with colleagues.
  5. Networking and participating in events.
  6. Developing your own business development strategy with support from an experienced team.
  7. Participating in team meetings to share successes and support recruitment processes.
  8. Mentoring less experienced staff and driving initiatives.
